Rei Chou // Founder, The Feast

Rei's purpose is to create experiences that help people realize they’re part of something greater. A leader, facilitator and healer, she draws on 12+ years of experience in convening, experience design, and purpose-based innovation with organizations ranging from NASA to Stanford. She founded The Feast, which brings together a global community of innovators and creatives to support each other in living their fullest lives, purpose and potential with over 600 dinners hosted around the world to date. Above all, she is passionate about helping each person realize the fulfillment of their true heart's desire, thereby creating the kind of world we want to see.

Virginia Galloway // Cofounder, Hyphae Studios

As a creative, strategist and executive producer, I work as a quiet force orchestrating, empowering, and innovating award-winning projects. Deep listening and boundless curiosity power my vision and I am endlessly drawn to the experimental edge of creativity. My career charts a path of entertainment innovation - from tv, streaming series and studio films to documentaryVR, and IRL radical collaborations in some of the most remote locations in the world. My credits are long and varied but highlights include: The Wire (HBO), House of Cards (Netflix), the first Bhutan International Art, Music and Film FestivalGamefulness- ChinaJoy/ Shanghai (HP/Intel) and Ocean of Air Saatchi Gallery London, deemed by Forbes Magazine (and many others) the best immersive experience of 2019.

Jon Morris // Founder, Nowhere

Jon Morris is an Athlete turned Actor turned Artist turned Creative Director turned CEO. From Le Louvre to Lady Gaga, from Cirque Du Soleil to the Metropolitan Opera, his work has been praised by NY Times, Rolling Stone, VICE, Wired…. Highlight works include; NOWHERE, reimagining online gathering; Reflecting the Stars, recreating the night sky in the Hudson River; Choreographing Nine Inch Nails Festival Tour; The Wedge, legendary slide/aerial-performance-center at Burning Man.

He has been a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, Kinnernet-Europe Experience Director, LaMaMa ETC Artist in residence, Watermill Center Fellow, Tennessee Williams Fellow, NCAA Postgraduate Scholar, 6-time All-American Springboard Diver, and holds a B.A. from the University of the South, Sewanee. Jon has taught master classes at Harvard, Columbia, NYU, and more.

Matthew Chavez // Founder, Subway Therapy

Matthew Chavez is the creator of Subway Therapy, an ongoing immersive project in the subway stations of New York City that received the 2017 Brendan Gill Prize and earned Chavez the Demos Transforming America Award.

He recently founded Art Plus People to support innovative participatory public works. As an author and speaker, Chavez aims to empower and inspire others. He works part time as a teaching artist at The Door, an organization that provides transformative youth development for the underserved in NYC.

Natalie Black // Founder, Culture x Curate

Natalie Black is the Director of Strategy + Insights at Hierarchy and Founder of Culture x Curate. She helps brands understand all of the forces rewriting the rules of business and helps  them leverage diverse market opportunities in today’s increasingly fluid world. 

For Black,  her work starts and ends with culture and human behavior.  A 15+ year veteran of deep agency, corporate and consulting experience,  Black has an extensive background in translating the zeitgeist, decoding consumer behavior and connecting the dots to develop strategic roadmaps for global Fortune 100 companies, start-ups and non-profit organizations across tech, CPG, retail, logistics, automotive, healthcare/pharma, banking, fashion/beauty and entertainment industries, to name a few. Her approach is Right brain creativity blended with Left brain logic. The result is a beautiful implementation of art and science. 

Sarah Gerber // Founder, Twenty Twenty Studios

arah Gerber is the co-founder and CEO of the not-for-profit, Zero Gap, focused on advancing gender parity in workplace culture. She is also the founder and Executive Producer of Twenty Twenty Studios, a boutique production studio telling mission-driven stories. She has produced award-winning documentaries and traveled the world capturing compelling stories. Sarah is passionate about social and economic justice. She sits on the board of a non-profit focused on systemic economic empowerment in a rural Honduran community and previously was on the board for non-profit building schools in war-torn South Sudan. She is a Bay Area native and currently lives in Oakland with her husband, David.
