This is a workbook that welcomes and walks you through what The Feast is, why it matters and guides you through the facilitation process giving first times hosts tips and tools for how to facilitate meaningful and authentic conversations. It also includes some special exercises just for hosts that help you tap into your own understanding and development of fulfillment, hunger, and abundance.
